Heminstone Estates is a dynamic independent letting and property management agents specialising in just that, lettings and management in the Essex region.

Heminstone Limited has been in business since 2002, originally as investment and property consultants dealing with a range of both corporate and individual investment portfolios.  However, over the years became increasing more disillusioned with the standard of service, lack of transparency, and professionalism with many local and national lettings agents.  We always felt our reputation was always at stake when referring our clients elsewhere, and with everyone deeming to be better than the other choosing was often like finding a needle in a haystack.

The directors with a combined experience of over 40 years in the lettings and property industry, decided it was time to ensure our clients received the personal no-nonsense service they had been promised.

Heminstone Estates, Letting & Management opened our office in Duke Street, Chelmsford in 2006.  Our core business is not in Estate Agency, therefore our efforts are focused in one area only and that’s why we have gained and continued to build our reputation and business.

We know that our combined 40 years experience in the industry is invaluable, not just when things get a bit tricky, but also in achieving maximum value on your investment in the good times.

We will shortly match all this experience with professional industry recognised qualifications, which is currently being undertaken.  This also shows in our determination to support not just our business but also our industry, and provides all our clients with that added peace of mind.

We will continue to push the boundaries of IT technology advances maximising advertising coverage and marketing for our Landlords, transparency and communication for our tenants.  Our aim and goal is to continue breaking new ground and encourage others to follow, in the end whole industry will benefit.
