Statement of Condition Report

We will carry out a detailed statement of condition report, supported by photographs and specific information for the commencement of the tenancy and signed by all parties as appropriate.


Landlord’s Gas Safety Inspections and Reports

In order the meet the compliance and legislation of letting, if your property has a gas fire, cooker or boiler it is mandatory to undertake and produce a gas safety inspection annually.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

It is mandatory that all properties at the time of marketing has a valid EPC. This reports shows the energy performance rating for your property so any prospective tenant can make an informed decision before entering into a tenancy about the costs of expected bills to run the home.
