Freedom Day

As you
may be aware, on the 19th July 2021, Boris Johnson lifted the vast
majority of the remaining Covid-19 restrictions for England as the country
moved to step four of its coronavirus lockdown roadmap. You may now be
wondering what changes are going to happen and how / if this will affect you.

After
careful review of guidance from industry bodies, published government advice,
practices around viewings, valuations and office visits will be conducted as
follows:

Property Valuations – We will continue to conduct face-to-face appointments. Our
staff will arrive wearing a facemask and continue social distancing and hand
sanitisation. You as a client can decide whether or not you would like to wear
a face mask.

Property Viewings – We will continue to conduct face-to-face appointments, our
staff will wear a facemask, social distance and sanitise their hands when
entering and exiting the property. If the property has a tenant in situ, the
tenant will be consulted to find out whether they want the viewers to wear a
mask when visiting the property. If the tenant requests masks to be worn, you
will be advised this before making an appointment. There will no longer be a
limit of the number of people attending appointments. We will continue offering
our 360 virtual tours for those who are unable to attend

Office Visits
Our office doors and now open to the public. However, all attendees to our
branch will be asked to socially distance and to wear a facemask unless
medically unable to do so.

Please do
not attend any appointments or visit our office if you have had any symptoms of
Covid-19 in the last two weeks or are awaiting the results of a PCR test.
